The Avatar star initially listed the property, which is located within the guard-gated Hidden Valley Estates enclave, in September 2023 for $16.5 million. She later put it up for rent at $47,500 per month. A series of cuts in February, April, and June 2024 followed, eventually discounting the dwelling to $13.95 million before it was relisted in September for a hair under $12 million. Per Realtor.com, the home sold for $10 million this month. Currently, Saldana resides in a home near Montecito, which she purchased for $17.5 million almost a year ago.
Her offloaded Colonial Revival–style home boasts a storybook atmosphere, with its ivy-covered white brick, manicured hedges, and sunny yellow door. The Guardians of the Galaxy star purchased the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom manse from model and fashion mogul Kimora Lee Simmons before reportedly remodeling it to work in features like imported stone, intricate woodwork, and modern lighting. It was built in 1974.
