The FF30’s exceptional flexibility allows manufacturers to switch seamlessly between different container sizes, product types, and applications—all within a single system.
The FF30 delivers a seamless filling process with its automatic filling station, which can be configured for semi-automated or fully automated operations.
This includes stick sortation, puck loading, plug and cap placement, de-pucking, and optional labeling. Its integrated cooling tunnel and re-melting station ensure a smooth and uniform finish on filled products, enhancing their final appearance. Optional automated capping and plugging further improve production efficiency.
With a machine cycle rate of up to 60 parts per minute, the FF30 significantly increases production volumes while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Its mechanical dosing system provides high repeatability, while an optional servo-driven system offers even greater precision.
