The Denver Nuggets fired coach Michael Malone and general manager Calvin Booth on Tuesday, league sources confirmed, in a surprise move with three games left in the regular season.
Malone, 53, had coached the Nuggets since the 2015 season and brought Denver a championship in 2023. The Nuggets are fourth in the Western Conference standings but have dropped four consecutive games.
Booth, 48, had been with the organization since 2017 and had been GM since 2020.
