Neom Names Isabel Malbois as New CEO

Natural well-being brand Neom has announced that its founder Oliver Mennell will step down as CEO and transition into the position of non-executive chair, while Isabel Malbois will become CEO.

Malbois is a seasoned managing director with over 20 years’ experience in the UK & U.S. in the beauty and wellness industry working for both large corporations (L’Oréal) as well as founder-led brands.

According to Mennell, this move will allow him to remain an integral part of NEOM’s story, providing his support to Malbois and the entire team.

“I am incredibly proud of the innovative, sustainable, and British-made well-being products we’ve launched over the years,” remarked Mennell. “Becoming a B Corp was incredibly important to me, and in doing so, we’ve set NEOM on a positive trajectory to put our planet and its people, as well as profit, at the heart of what we do.”

Mennel said he believes this is “the perfect moment” to pass on the baton.

“Isabel, who has been an integral part of our team for the past two years, has consistently demonstrated an exceptional understanding of our business,” Mennel explained. “Her expertise in guiding companies towards greater heights aligns perfectly with NEOM’s vision as we continue to expand, both within the UK and internationally. I have complete confidence in her ability to lead us into this next chapter.”

Looking ahead, Mennel said he is “filled with optimism for the future.”

“With Isabel’s capable leadership and the unwavering dedication of our extraordinary team, there are no limits to what we can achieve,” he stated.
