Shana Randhava has announced that she will be leaving Estee Lauder Companies. This is part of ELC’s recent restructuring plan.
Randhava most recently served as senior vice president of ELC’s New Incubation Ventures (NIV). She assumed the NIV vice president role in October 2020 and was later promoted to senior vice president.
While at ELC, Randhava helped with the acquisition of Kilian Paris as well as the investments in Vyrao, Haeckels, Kiki World, and the Chinese brands Melt Season, and Code Mint.
Before working with NIV, Randhava served as vice president of new business development and was succeeded by Dave Smith when she was promoted to vice president of the division.
In a letter seen by WWD, Randhava said she has, “stepped away to embark on a new chapter.”
